Millions of devices lose Whats App


WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps worldwide? Throughout the year, WhatsApp has been making huge headlines in the world and in social media. The company's decision to stop supporting WhatsApp over millions of phones has been a hotly debated topic on social media ever since.

Facebook recently announced via its support page that WhatsApp will no longer support phones running older operating systems from February 2020.

The phones that will cease to be supported are iPhone phones running Apple's iOS 8 or earlier versions of Apple in 2014. The company has discontinued WhatsApp support for phones running Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) operating system.

They also report it that if the old operating system runs on a different phone or creates new accounts or verifies an existing account, there is a possibility that they will block these accounts.
